We aim to collect only what is necessary to operate NEXXYST and to deliver AI-powered race intelligence. We do not sell your personal information.

Information you provide

• Account information — if you create an account, we collect your email address and the name you provide, together with the credentials used to authenticate you.
• Preferences — favorite drivers and notification preferences you set, so the Service can be personalised to your interests.
• Correspondence — any information you include when you contact us (contact@nexxyst.com).

Information collected automatically

• Usage analytics — we use built-in, first-party analytics to record page views and feature interactions (for example, opening a briefing or generating a scouting report). These analytics are aggregated and do not use third-party tracking scripts or advertising cookies.
• Local storage — for visitors who are not signed in, your favorite drivers and notification preferences are stored locally in your browser usinglocalStoragerather than on our servers. Once you sign in, these preferences are saved to your account instead.
• Technical data — standard server logs (for example, IP address, request timestamps and browser type) may be processed for security, reliability and abuse prevention.

We use the information we collect to:

• provide, operate and maintain the Service;
• create and manage your account and authentication;
• personalise the content you see, including your favorite drivers and notification settings;
• generate and display AI-powered race intelligence, driver scouting reports and championship insights;
• understand how the Service is used and improve its features, performance and reliability;
• monitor for, prevent and respond to security, fraud and abuse issues;
• respond to your requests, questions and support inquiries.

For users in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and other jurisdictions with similar data-protection laws, we process personal data on the following bases:

NEXXYST does not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking cookies. Authentication uses a token-based session rather than tracking cookies. We do load fonts from Google Fonts, which may set technical cookies for font delivery; most browsers allow you to control or block cookies in their settings.

Because we do not rely on tracking cookies for the core Service, no cookie-consent banner is shown. Essential local storage entries (nexxyst_favorites,nexxyst_notification_prefs) can be cleared at any time from your browser settings.

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only as described here or as required by law:

• Service providers — we use infrastructure, hosting, authentication, database and AI-model providers that process data on our behalf to operate the Service. These providers are bound by confidentiality and may process data only to deliver services to us.
• Third-party data sources — race data shown on the Service is sourced from third-party motorsport data providers and processed by us into editorial intelligence.
• Legal compliance — where required by law, regulation, legal process or government request, or to protect the rights, property or safety of NEXXYST, our users or others.

JTA Solutions and its service providers may process and store data in countries other than your own. Where personal data is transferred outside the EEA, UK or other regions with data-protection laws, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses or another lawful transfer mechanism.

We retain account information for as long as your account is active. Preference data is retained with your account or, for guests, kept only in your local browser until you clear it. Aggregated, anonymised analytics may be retained indefinitely as it no longer identifies you. Server log data is kept only as long as needed for security and reliability, then deleted or anonymised.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

• access the personal data we hold about you;
• request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data;
• request deletion of your personal data;
• object to or restrict certain processing;
• request portability of your data;
• withdraw consent where we rely on it; and

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information, including token-based authentication and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we work to protect your data against unauthorised access, alteration and disclosure.

The Service is not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will take steps to delete it.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will revise the "Last Updated" date above when we do. Material changes will be highlighted on the Service where appropriate. Your continued use of the Service after a change takes effect indicates acceptance of the updated policy.
