NEXXYST provides AI-generated race intelligence, analysis, scouting reports, telemetry comparisons and championship predictions based on data sourced from third-party motorsport providers. This content is editorial and analytical in nature and is provided for informational and entertainment purposes only.

AI-generated analysis and predictions are not verified facts. Race results, timing data and championship standings shown as "verified" reflect data available at the time of publication and may be revised by official sources. You should not rely solely on the Service for any decision — including betting, wagering, financial or commercial decisions — and you do so at your own risk.

You agree not to:

• use the Service in any way that violates applicable law or regulation;
• access or attempt to access data, systems or areas of the Service you are not authorised to use;
• scrape, crawl, mirror or otherwise extract bulk data from the Service, or use automated tools to overload or disrupt it;
• introduce malware, viruses or other malicious code, or attempt to interfere with the Service's security or operation;
• reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble any part of the Service, except as permitted by law;
• misrepresent the Service or its content as your own, or use it to mislead others;
• use the Service to develop a competing product or service.

The Service, including its design, editorial output, AI-generated intelligence, text, graphics and software, is owned by JTA Solutions or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may view and use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes.

Race, timing and championship data displayed on the Service originates from third-party providers and remains the property of those rights holders. Formula 1, team names, driver names and related marks are trademarks of their respective owners and are used for identification and editorial purposes only. NEXXYST and JTA Solutions are not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Formula 1, the FIA, any team or any driver.

You retain ownership of any preferences and information you submit through your account. You grant us a limited licence to use that information solely to operate and improve the Service for you.

The Service may reference or link to third-party websites, data providers and services. We do not control and are not responsible for their content, accuracy, availability or privacy practices. Your use of third-party services is governed by their own terms and policies.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, JTA Solutions disclaims all warranties, whether express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, reliability, availability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that results obtained from its use will be reliable or complete. AI-generated content may contain errors and should be independently verified before reliance.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event will JTA Solutions be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of (or inability to use) the Service — whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence) or any other theory.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless JTA Solutions and its affiliates, service providers and personnel from any claims, damages, losses and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Service.

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without cause or notice. Upon termination, all licences granted to you end. Sections that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability and governing law — will remain in effect.

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable at the place where JTA Solutions is established, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. We will make a good-faith effort to resolve disputes informally. Any disputes that cannot be resolved will be brought exclusively in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.

We may revise these Terms from time to time. We will update the "Last Updated" date above when we do. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
